About half of the staff at State agencies and units are being encouraged to work from home in the ongoing effort to curb the spread of COVID-19 in Ho Chi Minh City.
The Department of Trade and Industry of HCMC has asked the People’s Committees of Thu Duc City, districts, wholesale markets, traditional markets, supermarkets, convenience stores, businesses providing market stability, stores selling foods and essential goods across the city to strictly comply with the Directive No.10 on enhancement of Covid-19 prevention and control issued by the municipal People's Committee.
The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction yesterday said that in order to gradually improve the quality of life and the environment to create more urban green space for the city landscape, the southern metropolis will invest in building additional 10-hectare new public buildings and public parks.
