Beside essential items valued at VND 3 billion given to soldiers and navy officers who are living in islands, the journey also brings to Truong Sa (Spratly) Islands 2 children playgrounds and seawater desalination water maker run by solar energy with capacity of 50 liter/hour.

Secretary of People-Government-Party of HCMC Communist Youth Union Nguyen Thanh Hai said that he has been nurturing many plans, of which is his desires to send all emotion, loves and faith of youths of HCMC to soldiers who are entrusted to protect islands day and night, and those who stick to the sea to remain sovereignty of the nation.
