In the afternoon of March 26, Depty Chairman of HCMC People’s Committee Tran Vinh Tuyen recieved a delegation of Vietnamese National Association of Real Estate Profesionals (VNARP) in USA led by Ron Gonzales, former Mayor of the city of San Jose (State of California) in a working visit to the city.
At the reception, Mr. Tuyen briefly introduced advantages and challenges of HCMC. As a special urban area with largest economy of the whole country, the city is now facing lots of challenges like urban infrastructure, traffic, flooding, waste water treatment, etc. Therefore, the city is looking forward to welcoming real estate investors to invest in the city to solve the problem of housing and urban development.
Mr. Tuyen hoped that Mr. Ron Gonzles and members of VNARP continue to promote cooperation relations between State of California in general and San Jose with HCMC in particular based on spirit of friendship, cooperation for mutual benefits and potentials of both sides.
