On February, 11, a delegation of HCMC led by Vice Chairman of HCMC People’s Committee Le Manh Ha paid a visit, sent Tet wishes and gave gifts to Hiep Binh Chanh Center for Sponsoring the Disabled.
Established since 2009 under HCMC Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Hiep Binh Chanh Center for Sponsoring the Disabled is now raising, taking care of 263 disabled people, of whom 50 are becoming fragile. Director of the center Mrs. Nguyen Hong Ha shared: “ In recent days, the center received many delegations coming to visit and to give gifts. The center has prepared enough foods, square glutinous rice cake, candies, etc, and hosted many cultural activities, shows, sports activities to offer them a full of spiritual and material happiness on Tet holidays.
During the visit, Mr. Le Manh Ha praised efforts and whole-hearted dedication of cadres, officials of the center. Mr. Ha said that it is a hard work but humanitarian. On the occasion of Tet holiday 2015, Mr. Ha wished all of cadres, officials, the disabled good health, happiness and enjoyed a cozy and significant spring.
