On July 21, Vice Chairman of HCMC People’s Committee Le Thanh Liem received a business delegation of United Arab Emirates (UAE ) led by Mr. Sultan Ali Rashod Admad Lootah –CEO of Vault Investment and Management Fund – seeking co-operation and investment opportunities in HCMC.
After introducing potential and strength of UAE enterprises, Mr. Sultan Ali Rashod Ahmad Lootah said Vault Investment and Management Fund are interesting in smart underground parking lot project. In addition, Vault Investment and Management Fund also wishes to build a 51 ha smart city including housings, commercial center, office for rent. This smart city will be managed and operated by modern technology and will be a living environment meeting all environmental criteria.
Mr. Le Thanh Liem welcomed an idea of smart city project which concentrates on low-income people, this is suitable with investment directions of HCMC. Mr. Liem directed HCMC Department of Construction, Department of External Relations and HCMC Housing Development Fund to work with Vault Investment and Management Fund to soon carry out projects.
