The City People's Committee has authorized the transfer of 233 trainees to the compulsory detoxification facilities of the City to continue management.
Accordingly, 155 trainees who are currently managed at the Bo La Drug Detox Center shall be transferred to compulsory detoxification facilities by allocation; 78 trainees who are currently managed at the drug detoxification facilities under the City Youth Volunteer Force shall be transferred to the Bo La Drug Detox Center (under the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs).
