HCMC People’s Committee has recently launched the project of training, fostering an engineer & expert team for operating the urban traffic and technical infrastructure system in 2018-2020.
Accordingly, the city will train 350 engineers (20 Master degrees, PhDs per year) to be in charge of managing and running urban traffic and technical infrastruture projects effectively by 2020.
Maximum financial support for each participant of the Master and PhD degree training courses abroad will not exceed VND 200 million/person, not exceeding VND 50 million for each who join in short-term training course abroad and not exceeding VND 30,000 VND for those participating in domestic short-term traning course.
