HCMC People’s Committee has assigned the job of training public servants & cadres on State’s management on quality of construction projects to functional organs and People’s Committees of Districts. Accordingly, these organs must frequently get the most updated regulations related to management of construction quality, labor safety, firefighting, solid waste management, environment protection at construction sites. In addition, these organs must strengthen inspection on quality of construction projects under their authority, strengthen acceptance tests at construction sites before putting into use, review and inspect the implementation of investment projects, especially those using State’s budget.
