The teleconference attracted participation of 2, 000 representative of business community, domestic and foreign investors, international organizations, leaders of Central Government and local authorities together with 10, 000 delegates in over 63 cities and provinces.
 
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc reviewed the glorious history, experience lessons and outstanding examples of Vietnamese entrepreneurs. Prime Minister affirmed the government’s efforts and determination in building a tectonic and action oriented government to support and create favorable conditions for businesses to enhance competitiveness, pursue equal and prosperous development.

He expressed his hope to receive sincere and frank proposals from delegates as well as their practical solutions to strengthen administrative reform, to build a tectonic and action oriented government accompanying and creating the most convenient conditions for businesses.

 The prime minister emphasized that word must be accompanied with action, saying the government’s directive on inspection of businesses have been signed after the conference. At the same time, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Phuc affirmed the government’s commitment to create a clean, health business environment to support business and production activities.
