Tax bureau leaders transfer staff to curb corruption
To curb corruption, since 2012, HCMC Tax Bureau's leaders have frequently transferred over 1,300 employees to different positions.
It is the action plan against “the epidemic bribery” problem among staffs which can develop if they are kept for long periods at the same position.
Leaders of the Tax Bureau reported to the inspection team of the city’s Party Committee about corruption curbing method.
In order to eliminate corruption problem, Nguyen Thi Thu Ha, Deputy Secretary of the HCMC Party Committee asked the tax bureau to enhance internal supervision more.
Another measures suggested by Deputy Secretary Nguyen Thi Thu Ha was to consider recruitment more staffs as well as training to upgrade their employees’ skills.
