On April 16, Chairman of HCMC People’s Committee Nguyen Thanh Phong received Mr. Lee Kwang Young, CEO of Lotte Asset Development (a member of Lotte Group, Korea).
Mr. Lee Kwang Young said Lotte Group is aware of the importance of the city’s smart complex because it located at the heart of Thu Thiem new urban area. He affirmed that this is also a very important project of Lotte Group. The Group will make efforts to turn into a typical project of the city to meet the aspiration of local citizens.
The smart complex is located at Functional Area 2a (Thu Thiem new urban area) has a total area of 7.45ha, including 5ha for building units like trade, general service facilities and multi-functional residential areas
