At the meeting, Mr. Le Thanh Hai expressed his delight and highly appreciated the visit of  Chairwoman of Lao National Assembly. He affirmed that the special affection and loyalty between Vietnam and Laos is invaluable that leaders and peoples of both countries have strived to preserve and passed to following generations.  Mr. Le Thanh Hai highly appreciated the results of co-operation between HCMC with Vientiane and Champasak province as well as with other provinces of Lao. It helps strengthen relationships built by leaders of both countries. The Secretary added that HCMC is willing to share is experience of National Assembly with localities of Lao to further enhance activities of members of national assembly of both countries.

Giving a sincere thank to the warming welcome of HCMC, Mrs. Pany Yathotou said that through a working trip to HCMC to participate the 132th IPU, a delegation of Laos National Assembly highly appreciated the preparation and organization of National Assembly and Government of Vietnam. It was very thoughtful, comprehensive and successful.

Mrs. Pany Yathotou shared that in every visit to Vietnam, she saw a big change of the country, of which is the role of HCMC. She expressed her hope to further strengthen co-operation, to share experience between a delegation of national assembly of HCMC and Vientiane in inspection, supervision as well as co-operation in other important fields.
