In the afternoon of June 3, a delegation of Party, People’s Committees, People’s Council, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee-HCMC led by Secretary Nguyen Thien Nhan paid a visit and gave gifts to the typical elderlies on the occasion of 77th anniversary of Vietnamese elderly (June 6 1941-June 6 2018).
In a visit to Ngo Thi Hue, born 1918, former Head of Department of Personnel and Organization, wife of late General Secretary Nguyen Van Linh (Ward 7, District 3), Mr. Nhan expressed his deep gratitude to great contribution of Mrs. Ngo Thi Hue to the country and HCMC. On the occasion of Vietnamese elderly’s day, Mr. Nhan wished her good health, longevity and continues to be a bright example for the young generations.
In a visit to Mr. Vo Ke, born 1928, (4/4 wounded soldier), former Con Dao prisoner (Ward 4, District 3), Mr. Nhan highly recognized Mr. Vo Ke’s great contributions to the Party and national development. On this occasion, he wished Mr. Vo Ke good health and continues to be a bright example for young generations.
