At the reception, Mr. Nhan highly appreciated the role of Singapore as the ASEAN’s chairmanship in 2018, expressing his delight at the new developments of Vietnam-Singapore strategic partnerships through high-level visits of both countries’ leaders.

Mr. Nhan added Vietnam and Singapore will celebrate the 45^th anniversary of diplomatic relations through practical activities. This year is also an opportunity for both sides to further promote cooperation relations between Vietnam and Singapore in general and of Singapore and HCMC in particular.

Mr. Nhan expressed his hope to soon ink cooperation deal between HCMC and Singapore to further contribute to the well-developed cooperation relations between Vietnam and Singapore.
