In the last 20 years, SATRA has continuously developed. SATRA has increased its charter capital to VND 6,800 billion compared to VND 800 billion 20 years ago. The Group is being adjusted its charter capital to VND 8,600 billion by HCMC.

The average revenue and profit continues to increase year by year. In the period of 2010-2015, SATRA achieved the average revenue growth rate of 10, 87% and annual profit of 14, 42%, the revenue of SATRA in 2010 reached VND 27,527 billion, the number is expected to reach VND 46, 117 billion in 2015. Its profit in 2015 is expected to double from VND 3,736 billion to VND 7,326 billion

Another notable achievement is that SATRA has focused on investing and developing effectively its trade and service activities. Till now, the Group has 65 convenience food stores (SatraFoods), 5 restaurants, 3 supermarkets and 1 multi-functional trade centers. The Group has established a civilized and modern shopping channel for customers, ensuring quality, food safety and reasonable price.

Speaking at the celebration ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Phong congratulated SATRA on its 20 years of establishment; the Group was honored to receive a prestigious award from President Truong Tan Sang in recognition of its great contributions to the development of HCMC and Vietnam in the last 20 years. Mr. Phong also requested SATRA to implement corporate restructuring with optimal solutions to become a strong economic corporation of the whole country.
