On March 9, Saigon Co.op held a 2014 summing up ceremony and implementation of missions in 2015. Vice Chairwoman of HCMC People’s Committee Nguyen Thi Hong attended.
In 2014, Saigon Co.op has completed its plan excellently, paying 48, 9% higher taxes than in 2013. Today, Saigon Co.op has 365 outlets nationwide, Co.op Mart Cao Lanh launched in Dong Thap province has completed its series of distribution of price controlled goods and promotion of Vietnamese products to 13 cities and provinces in the South.
In 2014, Saigon Co.op has made over 1,220 mobile shipments of goods in an effort to bring Vietnamese products to rural and remote areas, export processing zones and industrial parks nationwide. With active contributions to the community, in 2014, Saigon Co.op was honored to receive many domestic and international awards such as Grade 2 Medal of Independence by President of Vietnam, Certificate of Merit by Prime Minister, over 300 groups and individuals are rewarded for the State and City level and with many prestigious awards of retail in other countries.
