In order to reorganize the delay in solving the documents for granting certificates to foreign organizations and individuals buying houses in the City, the City People's Committee has asked the Department of Construction to identify the list of commercial houses construction and investment projects that foreign organizations and individuals are not entitled to own the houses in the project and publicly announce on the Web Portal of the Department, as a basis for individuals and organizations to be known, and create legal basis for Department of Natural Resources and Environment to issue certificates of land use rights, ownership of houses and other assets attached to land to foreign organizations and individuals that buy houses in the City.
