The HCM City People's Committee has promulgated regulations on property auction as exhibits and means of administrative violation confiscated to put into State fund in Ho Chi Minh City.

The agencies, entities and individuals involved in the auction of exhibits and means of administrative violations confiscated to put into State fund under this regulation shall include the agencies and entities chairing management and handling exhibits and means of administrative violation confiscated to put into State fund; property auction entities; entities and individuals involved in the auction of exhibits and means of administrative violation confiscated to put into the State fund.
