HCMC People’s Committee has just requested leaders of departments and agencies to continue upholding performances in organizing reception of citizens, considering it as a key and regular task to acquire legitimate reflections of citizens in the process of implementation of the Party’s policies, the State’s law. Though this process, departments and agencies can generate opinions to issue appropriate solutions, to improve management capacity and social administration.

HCMC People’s Committee also requested leaders of functional organs and units to seriously organize the reception of citizens in accordance with regulations; adhere the principle of openness, democracy, timeliness, simple procedures; organize periodical and unexpected reception of citizens; solve thoroughly complaints of citizens; using related provisions in organizing reception of citizens, meeting the legitimate demands of citizens. When the claims arise, heads of departments and agencies must directly clarify the content and cause of the claims, opening public dialogues with complainants.
