Addressing at the conference, Mr. Tran Tien Dung –Deputy Chairman of Quang Binh People’s Committee – said Quang Binh is a land of huge tourism potential, a place for developing many tourism types such as eco-tourism, resort, cave adventure or spiritual tourism, etc. Quang Binh has many natural resources such as Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Garden,; Phong Nha-Ke Bang limestone mountains with more than 300 small and big caves including Son Doong, Phong Nha, Tien Son, Thien Duong, Hang En, etc.

Besides, Quang Binh has a long and beautiful coastal line with many famous beaches such as Da Nhay, Bao Ninh, Nhat Le, Quang Phu, Hai Ninh, etc. Especially, Vung Chua –Đao Yen tourist site is well-known with magnificent natural scenery and a place for General Vo Nguyen Giap to rest in peace.            

With such advantages, Quang Binh is calling for investment in tourism services, the local authority will create every favorable conditions for investors and enterprises or travel companies to seek cooperation and investment opportunities to attract tourists. The province strives to make tourism one of the key economic sectors.

On behalf of HCMC Department of tourism, Deputy Director Mr. Pham Huy Binh expressed that tourism co-operation between HCMC and Quang Binh has an important strategic significance to promote heritages and landscapes in the Central Vietnam. HCMC Tourism sector supports tourism promotion activities of Quang Binh and will strengthen tourism development in Quang Binh province in the coming time.
