The Chairman of the City People's Committee has instructed the heads of departments and chairmen of the District People's Committees to focus on implementing online public services in 2017 in the City.

Accordingly, for implemented online public services, the agencies and entities need to strengthen propaganda to ensure effective use of online public services for people; focus on deploying online public services in depth; study the reduction of processing time for online public services to encourage people to participate in the use of them; Add more utilities for people to use online public services through State’s support and information technology facilities; information transparency for the people.
