Prof Hien elected Chairman of HCMC Intellectual Women's Association

In the first congress of the 2014-2019 period, delegates of executive Committee of Ho Chi Minh City Intellectual Women’s Association unanimously elected Professor Truong Thi Hien, Principal of HCMC Government Official School as chairman of the association, on October 10.
Delegates elected the executive committee with 25 members. .
Expressing at the congress, Deputy Secretary of HCMC Party Committee Nguyen Thi Thu Ha congratulated HCMC Intellectual Women’s Association, and suggested that the association continues to create best conditions and encourage women in enhancing their intellectuals in their work as well as in life.
On this occasion, the association launched supporting program for fund 'Dear Spratly Island”, aims to join hand the country’s sea islands sovereignty protection.
