To commemorate the 40^th anniversary of the signing of the Vietnam - Laos Friendship and Cooperation Agreement (July 18, 1977 - July 18, 2017) and the 55^th anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam - Laos diplomatic relations (Sept. 5, 1962 - Sept. 5, 2017), the City People's Committee will organize many activities with the theme “Forever green, eternally sustainable Vietnam - Laos friendship” from July 25 to July 31, 2017.

The activities include performances of arts programs, singing, dance, special ethnic music; introduction of the achievements for 55^th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Laos and the 40^th anniversary of the signing of the Vietnam - Laos Friendship and Cooperation Agreement.
