Accordingly, from now till 2030, Vietnam need to focus on investment in depth, completing a synchronous infrastructure structure, modernizing national hi-tech parks such as Hoa Lac, Saigon hi-tech park, Da Nang hi-tech park.

Establishing new hi-tech parks invested by Provinces or Cities (under the Central Government) that have enough conditions, especially capital. Some hi-tech parks are expected to establish including Hanoi biological hi-tech park (Hanoi), Dong Nai biology specialized hi-tech park (Dong Nai), Ascendas-Protrade hi-tech park (Binh Duong).

Under the decision, some solutions must be required to develop hi-tech parks from now till 2020 and orientations to 2030 including completion of mechanism, policies on hi-tech park; assigning tasks of management to authorities of provinces and cities under the Central Government; diversifying investment capital sources; encouraging socialization and attracting foreign capital, etc.
