At the meeting, Mr. Liem said HCMC is one of Vietnam’s localities that is very active in cooperating with localities of Lao PDR and contributing to the well-established relations between Vietnam and Lao PDR. He added that this visit is an opportunity for both sides to deeply tighten cooperation in fields of science and technology – motivation for socio-economic development of both countries.

For his part, Mr. Sundara Sourioudong said the visit of delegation of Ministry of Science and Technology of Lao PDR to Vietnam aims to study experience and scientific and technological development policies and intellectual property of HCMC.
