Listing on the Stock Exchange by Foreign-invested Joint-stock Companies

According to Government Decree 38/2003/ND-CP dated April 15, 2003 on conversion of foreign-invested enterprises into joint-stock companies, foreign-invested joint-stock companies can list shares on the local stock market in accordance with regulations on the stock market. Article 14 of the decree says the companies can also list shares on the foreign stock market after obtaining approval from competent Vietnamese authorities.
