On February 06, Vice Chairman of HCMC People’s Committee Le Thanh Liem received a delegation of US veterans led by Mrs. Marsha Lynn Four, Vice President of  the Vietnam Veterans of America (VVA)

At the meeting, Mrs. Marsha Lynn Four expressed her impression at innovation and fast development of Vietnam in the last 40 years, especially of HCMC – an active city that plays an important role in economic development of Vietnam. Mrs. Marsha gave a brief introduction of the delegation’s activities and revealed that the initiative program of US veterans aims to resolve consequences of war in Vietnam, a part of the program is to search remains of US soldiers missing during the war in Vietnam.

Mr. Le Thanh Liem highly appreciated active operations of the program conducted by US Veterans to resolve consequences of war. Mr. Liem expressed his hope that with the prestige of US Veterans Association, the delegation will continue to conduct more active activities to support Agent Orange victims.
