Attending the seminar included Chairman of HCMC People’s Committee Nguyen Thanh Phong, Vice Minister of Science and Technology Pham Hai Duong and speakers from USA, Japan, Korea and Singapore.

At the seminar, Associate Prof. PhD. Le Hoai Quoc, Head of Management Board of SHTP said the seminar brings a comprehensive overview of research and development trends of Nano technology in Vietnam, particularly in fields of Nano technology in electronics and equipment, general Nano and applications, Nano in biology.
 

Chairman Nguyen Thanh Phong said with a role of scientific and technology center of Vietnam but an amount of transferred technology or international research projects, registrations of intellectual intelligence is very limited. Therefore, the city always gives top priority to promotion of bilateral and multilateral cooperation on science and technology, connection of international and domestic researchers attached with business and production activities to contribute to the city’s sustainable development.
