The City People's Committee has issued a plan to improve the Provincial Public Administration Performance Index (PAPI) in the City in 2017.

Accordingly, the City performs public, transparent administrative procedures and processes for solving administrative procedures; maintains effective interaction between the City government and people and organizes through many information channels; focuses on building e-government; increases utility and improves service quality.
