The City People's Committee has proposed the Ministry of Science and Technology four tasks of participation in the program for supporting the development of science and technology enterprises (S&T) and public S&T entities.

Accordingly, the tasks include: "Research and manufacture of Delta robot in the industry"; "Research and manufacture of Automatic Guided Vehicles (AGVs) in the industry"; "Enhancement of the capacity of science and technology business incubators by the Business Startup Support Centre (BSSC)" and " Enhancement of the capacity of science and technology business incubators in Ho Chi Minh City Hi-tech Park".
