Chairman Nguyen Thanh Phong said that in order to successfully implement the city’s 7 breakthrough programs, model of smart city are chosen by HCMC with a focus on application of Information and Communications Technology (ICT). The main goal of smart city is to enhance living quality of local people, to improve business and investment environment, to create a creative community for the city’s development.
