On May 19, on the occasion of the 127th anniversary of Uncle Ho’s birthday, HCMC Party Committee organized a ceremony to praise groups and individuals following Uncle Ho’s moral example.
Speaking at the ceremony, Standing Deputy Secretary of HCMC Party Committee Tat Thanh Cang said HCMC is proud of being a place where Uncle Ho started his journey to save the country, it is a great honor to be named after Uncle Ho. The Party Committee and people of HCMC always hold high the revolutionary flag, strengthen solidarity for the common goal: for sustainable development of the city and the whole country; striving to study, work and promote experience lessons in the process of construction, protection and development of the country; making efforts in building HCMC into a modern-civilized-sentimental city with better living quality to be deserved as a city named after Uncle Ho.
On this occasion, Standing Committee of HCMC has praised 162 groups and 240 individuals who have done a good job in studying and following Uncle Ho’s morality, ideology and lifestyle.
