(HCM CityWeb) – On July 27, a delegation of HCMC led by Chairman of HCMC People’s Committee Nguyen Thanh Phong made a visit and gave gifts to individuals and organizations on the occasion of the 69th anniversary of Vietnamese Wounded and Fallen Soldiers’ Day (July 27 1947 – July 27 2016).
On a visit to Lieutenant General, Hero of People’s Armed Force and former Deputy Minister of National Defense Phan Trung Kien in Da Kao Ward, District 1, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Phong on behalf of Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee, Vietnam National Fatherland Front Committee – HCMC expressed his delight at good health of Mr. Phan Trung Kien and encourage him to feel assured taking care of his health. Mr. Phong highly valued Mr. Phan Trung Kien’s significant contributions to the Vietnam revolutionary process as well as to the process of construction and development of the country. Mr. Phong expressed his hope that Mr. Kien and his family continue making practical contributions to the construction and development of the city in particular and of Vietnam in general.
On a visit to leaders, doctors, nurses of HCMC based Military Hospital 175 and Military Hospital 7A, the delegation wished leaders, doctors and nurses good health to complete their tasks, to contribute their experience and expertise to the health sector of Vietnam in general and of HCMC in particular.
