At the reception, Mr. Cang highly appreciated Vietnam-US cooperation relation in general and between HCMC and US localities in particular, saying that both sides have achieved positive results in many fields.

According to Mr. Cang, HCMC has established brotherhood relation with San Fransisco (USA), some US companies have invested in HCMC in fields of trade, finance, health, education, etc. In order to further tighten cooperation between HCMC and US localities, Mr. Cang expressed his hope that US businesses will strengthen their investment in the city in fields of urban city, IT, petrochemical, human resource training, etc.

Mr. Cang emphasized that HCMC always create favorable conditions for US investors to study investment environment and enter into specific cooperation.

For her part, Mrs. Mary Etta Tarnowka said the US hopes to strengthen comprehensive cooperation with HCMC. In the coming time, US Consulate General in HCMC will further promote its activities in fields of clean energy, aviation technique, urban city, health, education, etc. to further strengthen well-developed relation between USA and HCMC.
