According to survey of HCMC Center of Human Resource Forecast and Labor Market Information, enterprises in HCMC need to recruit 140,000 laborers in the last 6 months of 2015, of whom 30,000 are seasonal laborers
The need of recruitment in fields of trade-management accounts for 31, 59%, service 17, 68%, electronics-information technology 8, 11%, tourism 5, 86%.
Mr. Tran Tuan Anh, Director of HCMC Center of Human Resource Forecast and Labor Market Information, said HCMC’s labor market continues to develop in the trend of improving quality of human resource, enhancing quality, standard and limiting quantity. The need of recruitment of high quality laborers and high-class management will be more developed, especially in 4 key industries: mechanical, electronics-information technology, food processing, chemical-plastic-rubber, following by economic and service.
According to Mr. Tran Tuan Anh, the labor market in the last 6 months of 2015 is expected to increase by 10% compared to the first 6 months of 2015.
