To mark the 32nd anniversary of Teacher’s Day, the Department of Education and Training held a meeting in Thong Nhat (Unification) Meeting Hall on November 14 to honor teams of teachers and individuals who have actively contributed to education.
At the meeting, 226 teachers and groups of teachers were granted certificates of merit and medals for the education career.
Of them, 17 teachers were given Third Labor Medal and 24 teachers were recognized meritorious teachers of the city.
On behalf of city authority, Hua Ngoc Thuan, deputy chairman of People’s Committee highly appreciated the contribution of teachers and educationists; therefore, they have helped improve children education.

Mr. Thuan stressed that every teacher should be positive models for students and continuously renovate teaching methods, helping students eagerly discover human being knowledge.
