According to Mr. Tran Kim Yen, President of HCMC Labor Federation, the program aims to express its respect for local enterprises for doing a good job in taking care of workers and laborers, paying a special attention to cultural-material & spiritual lives of laborers.
 
Permanent Deputy Chairman of HCMC People’s Committee Le Thanh Liem highly appreciated efforts of enterprises in taking care of workers and laborers, he suggested HCMC Labor Federation to continue organizing the “accompany enterprise” program on a yearly basis to present the role of linking bridge between enterprises and laborers, encouraging enterprises to better take care of workers.
 
At the same time, trade unions at all levels, especially grassroots trade unions need to strengthen propaganda activities on the Party’s and State’s policies, guidelines and legal documents on promoting the spirit of labor enthusiasm and efficiency. In addition, trade unions at all levels need to establish social-political organizations inside private and FDI enterprises, etc.
 
On this occasion, HCMC People’s Committee has awarded certificates of merit to 34 typical enterprises that have well abided by labor laws and taken good care of laborers and workers.
