HCMC commemorates victims of terrorist attacks in Paris

On November 16, Chairman of HCMC People’s Committee Le Hoang Quan paid a visit to Consulate General of France in HCMC to commemorate victims of Paris’s terrorist attacks.
In the memorial book, Mr. Quan wrote: “I am heartbroken at the news of terrorist attack in Paris on November 13, 2015 that killed 129 people and 400 injured”.
On behalf of authority and people of HCMC, Mr. Quan expressed his deep condolences to families of the victims and people of France, saying that he believed the Government and People of France will unite and overcome this tragic moment, continue to make France a peaceful, stable and prosperous country.
