Accordingly, Mr. Tran Vinh Tuyen, Member of Standing Committee of HCMC Party Committee, Head of the Municipal Party Committee’s inspection board was elected as vice chairman of HCMC People’s Committee in the tenure of 2011-2016. Mr. Tuyen was born in 1965 in Quang Binh province, master of political science, Bachelor of Law. Previously, he held positions of chairman and Secretary of District 1, office manager of the Party Committee.

Mr. Huynh Cach Mang, new vice chairman, member of Party Committee, deputy head of the municipal Party Committee’s organization board. He was born in 1965 in Binh Dinh province; he holds a master degree of public administration, Bachelor of politics, industrial engineer. Previously, he held positions of Chairman of People’s Committee of Can Gio district and Secretary of Party Committee of Tan Phu district.

With appointment of 2 new vice chairmen, HCMC has a total of 5 vice chairpersons including Le Thanh Liem, Le Van Khoa, Nguyen Thi Thu, Tran Vinh Tuyen and Huynh Cach Mang.
