HCMC announces four days off for National Day

The Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee on Tuesday announced four days off to celebrate the National Day on September 2 and the 69th anniversary of the August Revolution.
Civil servants, officials, army forces and workers in Government agencies and businesses will not go to work on September 2 which will fall on Tuesday.
They will be absent from work on September 1 to have a four consecutive-day holiday beginning Saturday on August 30 and work on the following Saturday on September 6 in compensation.
Agencies still working at the weekends will arrange their holiday schedule themselves.
