At the reception, Mr. Tran Vinh Tuyen highly valued Vietnam-Canada Friendship & Cooperation relations including cooperation relation between HCMC and Toronto, saying the cooperation relation between HCMC and Toronto has been closely tightened by mutual high-profile visits of both sides’ leaders, both sides have achieved many fruitful cooperation results in many fields.

According to Mr. Tran Vinh Tuyen, there is still huge cooperation potential between HCMC and Toronto, he expressed his hope to deepen and widen this relation, to make it more practical based on strengthening cooperation in fields of Toronto’s available strength like transport, anti-flooding, environmental treatment, waste treatment, etc. Additionally, HCMC also wishes to study Toronto’s experience in renewing teaching methods, building modern and traditional culture.
