Speaking at the signing ceremony, Permanent Deputy Chairman of HCMC People’s Committee Le Thanh Liem highly appreciated the initiative of Gyeonggi province in strengthening cooperation with HCMC. He expressed his hope that with the MOU signed, both sides will maintain frequent exchanges with a focus on issues of both sides’ interests and strengths.

For his part, Mr. Kim Sin Heung, Vice Governor of Gyeonggi province said the MOU will create opportunities for HCMC and Gyeonggi to strengthen cooperation opportunities and contribute to the development of Vietnam and Korea.
