HCM City Chairman meets voters

HCM City People's Committee Chairman Le Hoang Quan had a meeting on July 2 with more than 200 voters in Disctrict 11 prior to the session of the People's Council to be held in July.
Delay of project implementation, pollution caused by a petrol station, low pension for people retired before 1988 compared to those retired after that year were problems raised by the voters at the meeting.
The chairman instructed the People's Committee of District 11 to coordinated with functional organisations to solve the problems and report to the municipal committee.
He also promised to report the low allowance issue to the central government as it is not within the city's authority.
