HCMC People’s Committee directed Directors of Departments-Agencies-Functional Organs to coordinate with related units to finalize the draft of 7 programs of HCMC Party’s Committee (action plan) and the plan of the city to implement breakthrough programs under the Resolution of the 10th Congress of HCMC Party Committee in the period of 2015-2020.
As planned, Director of Interior Affairs will chair a conference to finalize the draft of programs of HCMC Party’s Committee and the plans of HCMC on implementing the program of improving quality of human resource and administrative reform in 2016-2020.
Director of Department of Planning and Investment finalizes the draft of programs of Party’s Committee and plans of People’s Committee on improving quality of competitiveness growth of HCMC’s economy to meet the integration demand in 2016-2020.
Director of Department of Transport will in charge of finalizing the draft of programs of Party’s Committee and plans of People’s Committee on reducing traffic congestion, traffic accidents in 2016-2020.
Director of Department of National Resource and Environment will in charge of finalizing the draft of programs of Party’s Committee and plans of People’s Committee on reducing environmental pollution in 2016-2020.
Director of HCMC Steering Center for Flood Control will in charge of finalizing the draft of programs of Party’s Committee and plans of People’s Committee on implementing anti-flooding programs, climate change, sea level rise in 2016-2020.
Accordingly, all above contents must be finalized and submitted to HCMC People’s Committee before November 15, 2015.
