Food Ingredients Vietnam opens in HCMC

More than 150 leading Vietnamese and foreign companies are showcasing their products at the Food Ingredients Vietnam Exhibition that opened in Ho Chi Minh City on May 21.
On display at the three-day exhibition at the Saigon Exhibition & Convention Center are hundreds of substances and flavors used in the food industry for making confectionery, frozen foods, candy, beverages, and dairy products.
