In the afternoon of March 26, Deputy Chairman of HCMC People’s Committee Tran Vinh Tuyen had a working session with Standing Committee of Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee-HCMC, relative departments and agencies on coordination progam of evaluating the levels of citizens’ and businesses’ satisfaction to the city’s administration offices.
The purpose of this project is to evaluate the levels of citizens’ and organizations’ satisfaction to the city’s policies in the period of 2018-2020. Through this project, the city would put in place suitable and practical solutions to improve quality and efficiency of policies issued by the city and to ensure the consensus and support of local citizens.
The project also aims to collect proposals and opinions of organizations, individuals related to sense of responsibility, behavior of cadres and civil servants in the process of handling administrative procedures. It also aims to raise awareness of sense of responsibility of cadres and civil servants. The results of this project will help HCMC strengthen propaganda programs of policies to local citizens, organizations, support local citizens and organizations to study and to comply with the regulations.
