In the morning of February 2, Deputy Chairman of HCMC People’s Committee Le Van Khoa and leaders of related departments and agencies had a working session with People’s Committee of District 5 on approval of planned contents in 2018.

In 2017, District 5 achieved a State’s budget revenue of VND 2,226 billion, equal to 100,98% of the plan, up 9,41% as of 2016 including VND 7,003 billion from commercial-industrial taxes, equal ot 103,41% of the year plan, VND 689 billion from the District’s budget revenue, equal to 110,65% and that of wards estimated at VND 145, 1 billion, equal to 114% of the year plan.

Addressing at the working session, Mr. Khoa highly appreciated efforts and achieved results of District 5 and suggested District 5 continue making efforts to overcome existed shortcomings in 2017 and to complete the planned targets and tasks in 2018.
