The Prime Minister has agreed in principle to HCMC People’s Committee’s demand that investor will start the project of technical infrastructure at Northern residential area and complete North-South axis at Thu Thiem new urban area under BT contract after parties initialed BT contract.  Accordingly, works will be conducted on procedures of issuing Certificate of Investment, official signing of BT contract and other procedures.

Accordingly, appointment of contractors for bidding packages is under authority of the investor. HCMC People’s Committee will provide guidance to investor to ensure progress, quality and efficiency.
