On November 19, Tối 19-11, Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations, Vietnam-US Friendship Association – HCMC organized a concert program to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Vietnam-US diplomatic relation entitled: “Towards peace and kindness”.
In a period of 1 hour and 30 minutes, the program introduced artistic orchestra and opera symphony performed by HCMC Ballet Symphony Orchestra and Opera (HBSO) with participation of Vietnamese Violinist Vu Viet Chuong, musician Vu Viet Anh. American maestro David Itkin, music director and conductor of Philharmonic Abilene music.
Mrs. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Phuong, Chairwoman of Vietnam-US Friendship Association said the program is a part of a chain of activities celebrating the 20th anniversary of Vietnam-US diplomatic relation to convey the message of peace, friendship and kindness to every one.
