At HCMC’s Children Hospital 1, Mr. Phong highly appreciated the hospital’s achievements and affirmed that the city always pays a special attention and favorable conditions for health sector. In the coming time, HCMC People’s Committee will establish a special group to help affiliated hospitals to shift to self-control mechanism to promote development of human resource and facilities. Mr. Phong expressed his hope that HCMC’s Children Hospital 1 joins hands with the city in improving quality of medical diagnosis and treatment.

In a visit to HCMC Border Guard Command, Mr. Phong sent his best wishes to personnel, soldiers; he affirmed that the city is willing to create favorable conditions for them to fulfill their tasks as well as to enhance operation efficiency.
